1. Head of B2B Sales

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Approach, engage, collaborate and build relationship with banks, universities, companies and other businesses to create sales opportunity and drive sales volume
  • Develop and manage campaigns to support and promote sales
  • Build and grow life insurance salesforces full time organization including recruiting teams and increase sales volume
  • Lead and manage agency sales & distribution under full time seller team to achieve its sales targets, objectives and planned activities

Competencies:

2. Head of F2F Sales

Roles and responsibilities:

3. Head of Training and Recruitment

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Act as a trainer to provide knowledge about life insurance, products, company profile, commission structures and other issues related to insurance business cover both theory and practical. Including training to educate new sellers, bank officers, and other parties as required by the company
  • Prepare the training materials such as registration sign up, slide presentation, lunch and snack, meeting room and so on. Including coordinate work with related departments both inside and outside the company
  • Able to train the new trainers with professional training skill
  • Set up and plan the training event and recruiting campaign including details such as target audience, date and venue
  • Prepare budget for current project and/or activity (if any).
  • Support any additional events or extra activities both inside and outside the organization
  • Able to answer, explain and elaborate knowledge about life insurance with right technique to sales team and other people with respectable manner
  • Report the result of activities and budgeting to the superordinate
  • Eager to learn new things. Practice the teaching and/or coaching skills for self-improvement
  • Support other tasks upon superordinate’s request

Competencies:

  • Over 5 years experience in financial services and sales
  • Over 3 years experience in insurance industry and sales
  • Minimum education in bachelor’s degree. Department of education, literature, and related fields are preferred.
  • Age 30 years and above
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Strong lecturing, conveying, persuading skills
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn and work
  • Good in public speaking
  • Good analytical, creativity and problem-solving skills
  • Good in verbal and written English

4. Partnership and Alliances Manager

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Approach, engage, collaborate and build relationship with banks, universities, companies and other businesses to create sales opportunity and drive sales volume

  • Prepare budget for campaign and/or activity (if any). Report the result of activities and budgeting to the superordinate
  • Support other tasks upon superordinate’s request

  • Age 30 years and above
  • Visionary and possess strong leadership skills
  • Strong in strategic thinking and problem solving

5. Marketing Manager

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Implement the marketing strategy to achieve the marketing and sales target
  • Develop marketing campaign to drive sales of products across all channels
  • Develop marketing promotion to support sales team with motivation
  • Acquire and retain customer through business partnership and marketing activities
  • Recommend products and marketing strategy by analyzing trends, competitors and economics factors
  • Perform market and competitor analysis to identify the areas for improvement and development of competitive advantage
  • Manage marketing budgeting to successfully implement the effective for promoting company brand and products
  • Develop sales channel such as Bank or local partners to get deal with

Competencies:

  • Over 2 years experience in financial services and sales are preferred
  • Minimum education in bachelor’s degree. Marketing are preferred
  • Age 30 years and above
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Strong analytical, creativity and problem solving skills
  • Good in quantitative analysis
  • Good in verbal and written English

6. Life Planner (10 Hiring)

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Acquire prospect customers (name, profile and contact information) and sell life insurance product that meet the customer needs and preferences
  • Collect insurance premium and submit to head office
  • Carry on sale procedure from application to policy issuance
  • Recruit prospective candidates to become Life Planners and join the salesforce team
  • Train new recruits to be able to perform all the roles of a Life Planner
  • Manage a team of Life Planners when promoted to a more senior role
  • Other task assigned by management

Competencies:

  • Age – become of one’s legal age
  • Nationality - Cambodian resident
  • Gender – male or female
  • Education – Bachelor’s degree from any field
  • Work experience – not required
  • Skills – selling and customer service
  • Positive attitude toward sales job and have good interpersonal skills
